Orders

What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantities (MOQ) are 25 pieces or $500 per SKU.
What are your payment terms?
  1. Wire Transfer
  2. PayPal (for under $500)
  3. 50% advance deposit on order confirmation. Balance due before shipping.
Do you offer sample products before placing an order?
Yes, we offer product samples for testing and evaluation. Samples can be purchased at a set price, and shipping costs will be charged separately.
Do you provide private labelling or customization?
Yes, we offer private labelling, custom packaging, and product modifications based on your needs. Please provide us with your specifications, and we will work with you to bring your branding vision to life.
What is the lead time for sampling?
Generally, 2-3 weeks after the CAD is approved by the client
What is the lead time for an order?
Lead time depends on the product and order size, but generally, it ranges from 4 to 6 weeks after receiving the order confirmation and advance payment as agreed.

Shipping

What shipping methods do you use for international orders?

We use reliable international couriers like

  1. FedEx and UPS for smaller orders up to $20,000.
  2. For larger order values, we can ship by armoured shipping companies like Sequel Brinks etc.
How much are the shipping charges?

It depends on the weight, volume & value of the package. Generally, it’s approximately $75 to $150

Is my parcel insured? If not, what are the charges for insurance?
It can be insured by paying $10 – $50, charges as per the value of package.
Can you help with customs and import duties?

We can provide guidance on customs regulations, but the client is responsible for paying all local import duties, taxes, and fees associated with receiving the goods in your country. We can also assist in providing necessary documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin to ease the customs process.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and details for you to monitor the shipment’s progress via the courier’s website.

What happens if the product is damaged or defective during shipping?

In the unlikely event that products are damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. We recommend taking photos of any damage and retaining all packaging for insurance purposes.

Do you have a return policy for international orders?

Due to the nature of international orders, returns are typically not accepted unless the products are defective or damaged during transit. Please review our terms and conditions for further details, and don’t hesitate to reach out for clarification.

Exclusivity (Bespoke)

What is the process of making my bespoke designs with you?  

 

  1. Share your design with specifications with Dwarkas team
  2. CAD will be created and given to you for approval
  3. If approved, a tentative quotation will be given
  4. If quotation is approved and payment is done, we proceed for sampling.
  5. Will dispatch in 2 weeks after CAD approval.
Are my designs exclusive to me? How will I be sure that my designs will not be produced for someone else?

Yes, your designs are exclusively yours. We ensure that each bespoke piece is made uniquely for you. We can sign a confidentiality agreement.

Can you provide references or testimonials from other international clients?

Yes, we can provide testimonials and references from our satisfied clients across various regions on demand.

Do you offer exclusive distribution agreements?

Yes, we offer exclusive distribution rights for certain regions. Please get in touch with our sales department to discuss the terms and requirements for becoming an exclusive distributor.

Jewellery

How do you ensure product quality?
We have a stringent quality control process in place to ensure that all products meet international standards. We conduct regular factory inspections and product testing, and we offer third-party inspections upon request.
What kind of plating do you do?

We offer various plating options:

  1. White Rhodium plating
  2. Flash Gold plating (yellow or rose)- Just a dip of gold
  3. Micron (Vermeil) – 1, 2, 2.5, 3 micron plating
  4. Black Ruthenium (Black Rhodium)
  5. Anti-tarnish
  6. E-coating
Do you give any guarantee for the vermeil?
No, as it all depends on wear and tear. However, we can verify our deposition of microns via 3rd party testing report after production, if needed.
What raw materials do you work with?

We work with a wide range of high-quality raw materials:

  1. Metal: Gold (yellow, white, and rose)- 9k, 10k, 14k, 18k, Sterling Silver, Brass
  2. Natural Diamonds (white, black, champagne, Rose-cuts, Salt & Pepper, Un-cut Polki),
  3. Precious Gemstones: Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald & Pearls
  4. Semi-Precious Gemstones: Opal, Topaz, Aquamarine, Amethyst, Garnet, Tourmaline, Tanzanite, Peridot, Alexandrite, Spinel, Citrin, Agate, Aventurine, Lapis Lazuli, Jade, Carnelian, Moonstone, Turquoise, Malachite, Chrysoprase, Onyx, Fluorite, Chalcedony, Sunstone, Zircon, Tiger’s Eye.

Sustainability

Do you use recycled metal?

Yes, we are committed to sustainability and use recycled metals whenever possible.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

Yes. All of our diamonds are sourced from reputable suppliers.

Is your factory accredited by any 3rd-party certification?

Yes, our factory is accredited by SEDEX certification, and RJC certification is under process. We strictly follow no child labour.
